Job Description

At Enpal, you would be  

• building automations. We are serious about delivering incremental value in each iteration, and we celebrate when we improve people's experience with our solution whilst striving towards our climate goals.

• taking on responsibility early. You are responsible for the operation and further development of your entire solution and own quality checks of the algorithms, pipelines, APIs, frameworks and visualizations under the guidance of our Senior Software Developers.

• growing & learning. Do you know all there is to know about Kafka or are you experienced on graceful degradation? We’d love to give you the right space to build your knowledge and skills. We’ll make sure you grow through our knowledge.

Qualifications

We are looking for roughly a 50% fit with for what we ask. The other 50% is a surprise to us, it is the magic you bring to the table and the diversity in which you make us grow.

• You are currently enrolled in a master's degree in a technical, quantitative, statistical or economics degree or comparable.

• You are experienced in Python 3.x and maybe even rubbed shoulders with Flask, Celery, Tornado, Pytest; knowing the project infrastructure helps.

• If you have prior experience with Data Engineering, task automation, data pipelines and BI, it helps a bunch, since we’re about supporting business departments to automate the boring stuff.

• You communicate clearly in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of German is a plus.

• Your experience with Azure, MongoDB, DevOps is a big plus. If it’s rather AWS and SQL that’s cool too, we’ll make that work.

• You want to participate in a company where empowerment and initiative is valued - as much as the growth of your personal skills.
