Who we're looking for

Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. • Define, design, and implement architect decisions and strategy and ensure it is aligned with long term vision and roadmap

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business-specific application needs and identify opportunities

• Document application development processes, procedures, and standards.

• Architect solutions based on popular public cloud services (AWS)

• Lead the design and prototype of key technologies or products.

• Provide estimation and planning input for projects/solutions/work items

• Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship and technical guidance to team members, including 3rd-party partners

• Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting, defect investigation, remediation, and root-cause analysis of items

• Demonstrate and evangelize best practices for coding and team processes

• Ensure that solutions created by the development team adhere to technical architecture standards

• 5+ software development experience

• Experience in software architecture and design

• Prior experience leading a technical team

• Experience developing cloud-based solutions using best security practices

• Excellent communication skills

• Technical experience of:

• API backend development in Python and/or JS/TS

• DevOps

• AWS

• A minimum B2 English proficiency level
