Team Lead Full Stack Development (m/f/x)

Job Description

  • In the Workflow Automation team, we combine process automation capabilities with answer-driven performance monitoring, allowing our customers to fully automate every aspect of operating their digital business and applications.

  • You ensure smooth and effective teamwork and help the team to progress and innovate.

  • You will discover training needs and coach your team members to ensure their personal development and career progression.

  • You will mainly be working in a cloud-native environment with Python and React, while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies as they fit best.

  • Driving and ensuring continuous improvements and challenging the status quo. 

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a technical role within a software engineering team.

  • 2+ years of experience in leading an engineering team.

  • Experience in building responsive web applications with React/TypeScript or similar 

  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, experience with Python (Django, Celery), Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, message queues and PostgreSQL is a plus 

  • Strong focus on code quality and clean software architecture 

  • Team player with a high sensibility for quality and scalability

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
