One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer in the United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the evolution of an enterprise-grade customer platform in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. You'll work on architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers to lead projects from conception through deployment. Ideal candidates are full-stack developers with strong backend experience, comfortable in distributed teams, and eager to leverage cutting-edge tools to build future-ready applications.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the design and execution of critical software projects, from planning to deployment

• Build full-stack web applications with a focus on scalability and enterprise-grade quality

• Collaborate in a distributed team setting, driving asynchronous and written communication

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and user interface experiences

• Share knowledge and best practices through documentation and team mentorship

• Support junior engineers with technical guidance and review

• Ensure security, reliability, and maintainability in all application components

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications

• Proficient in backend languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go

• Strong frontend experience with React

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and performance tuning

• Experience working with distributed teams and excellent written communication skills

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field

• A growth-oriented mindset and willingness to take on increasing responsibilities
