Accountabilities:
Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using modern JavaScript (React) and backend technologies (Python, Node.js, etc.).
Collaborate with project owners, designers, and analysts to define and implement new features from scratch.
Maintain clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
Write optimized, efficient SQL queries and work with PostgreSQL databases to support data-driven functionality.
Use Git for version control, participate in Agile ceremonies, and follow CI/CD best practices.
Support application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system enhancements across the stack.
2+ years of full stack development experience with strong knowledge of React, ES6, and CSS methodologies.
Proficiency in back-end development with Python or similar server-side languages.
Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL and familiarity with Unix-based systems.
Comfortable working in collaborative environments with designers, analysts, and testers.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and cloud platforms (preferably AWS) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
Hybrid remote work with preferred locations in New York or Washington, DC (remote applicants also considered).
