Accountabilities:

* Develop and maintain high-performance core applications for data collection, processing, and movement.
* Design and implement new features and modules, taking ownership across all stages of development.
* Ensure applications are scalable, robust, and optimized for cloud environments.
* Collaborate with remote teams across multiple disciplines to deliver solutions efficiently.
* Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to design decisions for enterprise-grade software.
* Apply Agile/Scrum practices in project execution and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications using Python, Go, C#, or Java.
* Strong expertise in server-side development, multi-threaded, and asynchronous programming.
* Hands-on experience with SQL and high-performance data processing.
* Experience building scalable systems in cloud environments.
* Proficiency in database design and development, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts across teams and with executives.
* Comfortable working with remote, distributed teams and adapting quickly to new technologies.
