One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer in LATAM.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated QA professional to join a global, fully remote engineering team building cutting-edge software for the hospitality industry. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality by designing and executing robust manual and automated test plans. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and integration partners to deliver reliable and scalable products to thousands of users. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, communicates clearly in English, and takes ownership of product quality from start to finish.

Accountabilities:

• Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases across web and API layers

• Build and maintain automated test suites and frameworks for regression and smoke testing

• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams, as well as client QA teams and integration partners

• Identify, log, and triage defects, ensuring timely resolution with engineering

• Proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and coverage gaps

• Report testing results, risks, and recommendations clearly and professionally in English

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain automated testing frameworks

• Solid understanding of QA best practices, test planning, and defect tracking

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a distributed team setting

• Bonus points for experience with Python/Django applications and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
