Senior Python Developer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code to develop and enhance our Electronic Health Records platform

  • Improve the processing and analysis of semantic data and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

  • Translate product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solutions

  • Collaborate closely with the product owner and other cross-functional teams, share best practise as well as discuss and motivate design solutions

  • Share what you have learned about crafting outstanding user experiences with your teammates, so we can all grow faster

  • Do sprints with an integrated team to deliver those new features with the end-user in mind

  • Tools we use

    • Python 3, FastAPI, Dash, Bootstrap

    • Git, Gitlab, PyCharm

    • Docker, MySQL/MariaDB/SQLite, ElasticSearch

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with Python

  • Experience with Linux operating systems

  • Experience in some of the tools we use (mentioned above)

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and Cloud Computing

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • You are reliable, empathic, and creative

  • You are able to work self-responsibly and efficiently on stand-alone topics

  • Optionally, you know the environment medical products operate in

  • Good command of both spoken and written English

Great performers must be paid appropriately. We offer a monthly salary starting at 3.200 Euro gross per month following internal company agreements for this position. Your professional experience, qualifications, and industry standards will guide the actual remuneration package.
