Job Description

Your Career

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering highly scalable services and applications. We use technologies such as Python, Django, FastAPI, ReactJS, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes and operate on the Google Cloud Platform. You will be expected to get up to speed on existing codebases and participate in architectural discussions where your feedback will shape the future design of the team’s architecture. You are expected to be a lifelong learner who continuously strives to improve your Engineering craftsmanship by learning cross-functionally. This is a highly collaborative environment where you will be expected to work closely with your team members, product management, and members of service/product teams. Collaboration and teamwork are at the foundation of our culture and we need engineers who can communicate at a high level and work well with others towards achieving a common goal. 

Your Impact

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software assets

  • Deliver high-quality code through hands-on development with attention to detail

  • Actively participate in solution design with leads and architects

  • Interview, mentor, and coach new team members

  • Support applications deployed to our FedRAMP environments

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer

  • Experience with Python utilizing Django or FastAPI to build fault-tolerant microservice/web architectures

  • Experience with Javascript, React, HTML5, CSS3, or SASS

  • Solid hands-on experience designing and building scalable solutions that leverage relational and NoSQL databases

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Docker or similar container management tooling

  • Experience working with Kubernetes a plus

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $112,200/yr to $181,500/yr.
