** We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in architecting and developing core backend systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Design and develop core backend systems from scratch.
Deploy and maintain the product on AWS.
Make strategic technical decisions to improve system performance and scalability.
Follow best practices for testing, logging, and deployments.
Contribute to building the engineering team and mentor junior developers.
3+ years of experience as a backend engineer.
Expertise in Python and Django.
Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Redis, etc.).
Strong understanding of platform technologies (Docker, AWS).
Basic knowledge of DevOps practices.
Previous experience in architecting and scaling backend systems.
A hands-on approach with the ability to drive solutions to completion.
