Job Description

Partners with their assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework. Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.

Responsible for building multiple regulatory reports and managerial reports.  This includes updating coding logic to improve efficiencies and react to regulatory changes to the instructions.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Programming skills (SQL, Python or SAS) highly preferred

- Ability to problem solve and recommend resolutions
- Ability to address internal audit questions (Internal Audit, Quality Assurance or other)
- Demonstrates ability to identify and implement sustainable and efficient processes
- Serves as primary CRM business line contact and subject-matter expert for owned submissions
- Proficient in core Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in other Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, etc.)

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $99,365.00 - $116,900.00 - $128,590.00
