Quant Python Developer (Full time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quant Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Quant Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our trading and market-making system and working closely with traders and the development team.


Preferred Skills:

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Redis

  • Developing connectors to exchanges

  • DevOps practices and methodologies,

  • Experience working with cloud systems, preferably Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

  • Proficiency in SQL database design, implementation, and management.


Responsibilities:

  • Have ownership, support, and improve existing Trading systems written primarily in Python.

  • Design and implement and support automated trading strategies.

  • Work closely with traders and implement enhancements to the existing system.

Start: As soon as possible. Applicants should be able to work in Switzerland and have a valid B/C permit.

Only applicants meeting the following requirements will be considered:

  • Proficiency in Python programming and the Python ecosystem.

  • Strong background in designing, building, and supporting trading applications, with a preference for experience in low latency systems in the FX or Crypto space.

  • Experience with trading, financial modeling, and backtesting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams of developers and finance professionals.
