Principal Accountabilities

• Lead QA automation team to produce quality results and take responsibility for team’s work

• Architect, design, develop and maintain testing framework and mock/stub services on Python

• Create automated quality gates for applications, services and libraries

• Configure CI pipelines for autotest’s purposes Communication with the product teams

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• Experience with managing a team of QA automation engineers Experience (3+ years) in automation testing on Python

• Experience in creating test frameworks Experience in backend automation (http API/Message brokers)

• Experience with test libraries on Python (pytest/unittest)

• Experience with CI systems (TeamCity/GitLab/Jenkins)

• Experience in Agile methodologies and working across multiple squads/teams

• Understanding working principal of client-server communication (Http)

• The life cycle of software development and the main types of testing at each stage

• Main software testing methodologies

• OOP principles

• SQL
