How could you imagine your work week as a Python Software Engineer at gridX?
As a Python Software Engineer at gridX, you will work closely with industry energy experts to develop and maintain our energy management system applications written in Python and running in the cloud or on gridBox. You will also design code for testability and for future feature variations and improving the scalability and efficiency of the code base. You will support like everyone in the team in maintaining and troubleshooting our running applications, making sure we choose pragmatic solutions instead of getting lost in details.
Responsibility: You take ownership of the features you develop and run them in production (You built it, you run it) and are responsible for creating and maintaining REST APIs. Since you already have more than 2 years of full-time experience as a software engineer and are at an intermediate level, you also take responsibility for junior developers in the OptiFra team by supporting them in the introduction of new functions and encouraging them to develop a critical eye.

This is what you ideally bring as a Python Software Engineer
As we are looking for someone at an intermediate level full time, you already have 2 years of work experience in Python software development, Cloud, REST API and have worked in a software team.
You have also worked with cloud technologies (AWS) as part of your work experience
You are not only an engineer, but also a software developer.
