Python Software Engineer

Joining Obrela as a Python Software Engineer, you will design, code and deliver secure and reliable services. You will take part in architecture, API definition and optimization discussions. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and testing scalable code, developing back-end components, and integrating third party services to the Enorasys platform.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop new or improve existing functionality for our Enorasys Suite.

• Write effective and scalable code.

• Enhance the performance and scalability of existing software.

• Analyze business needs and propose solutions.

• Write unittests and debug applications.

• Perform code reviews for your team.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or relevant field.

• At least 2-5 years of experience in software development.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Work experience as a Python Developer.

• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems.

• Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture.

• Familiarity with Microservices.

• Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) concepts and principles.

• Ability to write clear and well-documented code.

• Good knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.

• Fluency in English with solid verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of an agile team.
