Python Data Engineer (60-100%)

Python Data Engineer (60-100%)

For the maintenance and continuous development of our products, we are looking for a computer science, mechanical, electrical engineer or similar passionate about data engineering. You will work in our office in Zurich Altstetten and if you like, parttime in home office.

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain real-time data pipelines for hundreds of IoT devices

  • Elaborate, specify and develop technological infrastructure for R&D activities

  • Develop new and maintain different data transformation modules in Python around electrical energy time-series

  • Plan, monitor and further develop current AWS platform infrastructure, ensuring CLEMAP’s infrastructure scalability

  • Create and maintain tools to continuously monitor and improve data quality in CLEMAP’s infrastructure

Requirements

  • You have an excellent knowledge of the programming language Python, SQL and NoSQL databases and the cloud platform AWS platform AWS

  • You have good knowledge of the programming language javascript and Node.js
