Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Backend Developer with knowledge of .NET to join our JobTestPrep R&D  team. As a Python Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and reliable backend systems that support our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and .NET technologies 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and develop features 

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code 

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of backend systems 

• Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions 

• Participate in project planning and estimation 

• Continuously learn and improve your skills and knowledge 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development 

• Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and methodologies 

Qualifications

• Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field 

• Minimum of one year experience in a leadership role within an R&D team 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development using Python 

• Experience in .NET technologies, such as C# or ASP.NET 

• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices 

• Experience with databases, such as SQL or NoSQL 

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration 

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes 

• Experience with Git or other version control systems 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS  

• Experience with frontend development technologies such as React or Angular 

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies 

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles 

• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) 

•  

• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment 

Additional Information

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will work primarily in an office environment. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to meet project deadlines. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
