Remote, but you must be in the following locations
Meridio is a remote-first company on a mission to make health benefits for small businesses simple, affordable, and accessible. As we scale smart, we’re focused on building systems that reduce complexity instead of adding it.
In this role, you’ll own the platform and data foundation that everything else builds on. You’ll be responsible for data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and the DevOps workflows that keep our systems reliable — so product and design teams can stay focused on shipping customer-facing work.
We’re a small, scrappy team — which means not every problem is perfectly defined, priorities can evolve, and no two days look the same. We value good judgment, ownership, and people who are comfortable operating with context instead of rigid rules. If you enjoy figuring things out, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and building practical solutions in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit well within our team.
You’ll be hands-on — writing code, improving infrastructure, and making pragmatic decisions about where systems need to be hardened and where “good enough” is enough.
You’ll report directly to our Chief Product Officer.
Location: This role is remote, but candidates must be located in the United States or Canada and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
