Performance Analyst (Browser) Internship

About the Job

As a Performance Analyst Intern, one of your main responsibilities will be to work on the browser profile performance analysis project. You will be working on developing a system that can analyze the performance of different browser profiles and identify the top-performing profiles. This will involve working with large datasets, conducting statistical analysis, and developing algorithms to identify performance patterns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate browser-profiles performance for different netlocs across the web.

• Identify the top performing profiles in general and for a particular netloc.

• Develop success metrics to measure the performance of each browser-profile.

• Assign a certain weight to each profile based on its performance.

• Utilize high performing profiles more efficiently to improve web crawling.

Job Requirements:

• Python

• Django

• Database management (SQL)

• Version control (Git)

• Familiarity with Linux

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

• Knowledge of performance analysis tools, such as Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Tools, or YSlow.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
