Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture:
  Lead the design and development of high-quality software applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with designers, stakeholders, and fellow engineers to craft elegant, user-focused solutions.

• End-to-End Delivery:
  Take ownership of the full development lifecycle – from initial concept through deployment and continuous improvement.

• Client Engagement:
  Engage with clients to align technical solutions with their business goals.

• Quality Code:
  Promote and practice writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Rapid Prototyping:
  Drive the development of prototypes, MVPs, and full-scale production systems in iterative, lean cycles.

• Knowledge Sharing & Advocacy:
  Mentor team members, contribute to internal learning initiatives, and represent the team at external conferences or events.

• Growth & Adaptability:
  Champion continuous learning, mentorship, and feedback within the team.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software design principles.

• Proven experience building distributed systems and managing production-grade projects.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React/Redux.

• Experience with dynamic backend languages such as Ruby (Rails), Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel).

• Solid knowledge of statically typed languages like Java, Go, C++, or Rust.

• Strong expertise in RDBMS systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), with the ability to optimize queries and interpret query plans.

• Familiarity with bundling tools like Webpack, Parcel, Rollup, or esbuild.

• Working knowledge of Linux, SSH, and server operations.

• Experience with Docker, and preferably Kubernetes for orchestration.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
