Lead Architect

**Salary range: Rs 2200000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 22-45 LPA)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to join our Software Development team and play a key role in delivering next-generation software products. This is a critical leadership position, where you will guide a talented team of developers, drive technical excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing coaching, technical guidance, and code reviews.

  • Establish and enforce best practices to ensure the team delivers high-quality, maintainable software.

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, software architects, and UX/UI designers to design, develop, and maintain web-based SaaS business applications.

  • Take an active role in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery of features to meet project timelines.

  • Own and manage procedures for the department, ensuring efficient project resource scheduling.

  • Make key architectural decisions, including designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for scalability and reliability.

  • Identify areas for growth and improvement within the team’s development processes.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficient in Python 3.x , Django , Angular 14+ (or React) , and MongoDB.

  • Experience with RabbitMQ , Celery , Redis , and WebSockets.

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS , with hands-on experience in FaaS (e.g., AWS Lambda) , API Gateways , and auto-scaling solutions.

  • Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

  • Solid skills in HTML5 , CSS , JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Proficiency with Linux , Nginx , Gunicorn , and multi-tenant platforms.

  • Experience in Agile development environments.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , containerization , and exposure to mobile development is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a team lead role, with 5+ years in software development.

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, best practices, and technical architecture.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
