About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time Software Engineer to join our fast-paced, in-person team in San Francisco. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build LLM-powered products, take features from idea to deployment, and help scale mission-critical systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to both backend and frontend development of our AI platform.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and leadership to build features end-to-end.

  • Take full responsibility for components you build from architecture to deployment.

  • Experiment with LLMs and apply them to real-world customer service challenges.

Who You Are / Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of full-time software engineering experience.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s from one of the following top 10 computer science universities in the US, with a GPA of 3.95 or higher: MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, UC Berkeley, Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), Caltech, Cornell, Georgia Tech, Princeton, University of Washington

  • Backend Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (Django preferred).

  • AI Exposure: Interest or experience in LLMs or AI products.

  • X-Factor: Something exceptional, former founder, Olympiad medalist, or standout project.
