(Junior) IoT Developer (m/f/d) - Python

Your tasks
Development and continuous optimization of new and existing applications, with a focus on IoT system, specifically our locking system
Regular analysis of the access systems and IoT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
Continuously improve the IoT system architecture and code to enhance functionality and efficiency
Participation in the entire agile software development process and close collaboration with other team members and stakeholders
Support the Operations Team by automating and optimizing the provisioning process of the hardware for external stakeholders and assisting with the installation for an efficient technical onboarding process
Our expectations
Technical background (HTL, FH, Uni), ideally with a software development focus and/or relevant professional experience
(First) experience with Python development
Basic understanding of IoT and networking concepts, such as basic routing concepts, as well as HTTP / MQTT / SSH and similar networking protocols, etc.
Knowledge of Linux operating system
DevOps and AWS IoT experience is a plus
Ability to work well in a team, enjoy tackling technical challenges, and be comfortable with new technologies
Very good written and spoken English communication skills (German knowledge is a plus)

For this position, we offer an annual gross minimum salary of EUR 34,000. We are entirely prepared to adjust our offer to your skill set and relevant experience!
