Nextly is looking for a fully remote infrastructure software engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal software projects centered around data center automation and provisioning. You will be working with a small team of passionate engineers and will be expected to work independently but collaboratively.
The application stack is primarily Python/Django and Ansible. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in these areas as well as someone who has spent some time working in or around data centers and has a general understanding of the hardware that powers them.

Experience with virtualization technologies (hypervisors, proxmox, lib-virt, qemu, ESXi, etc.)
Experience with Dell, HPE, Cisco, and Lenovo compute platforms (iDRAC, iLO, etc.)
Foundational understanding of storage and storage subsystems (RAID, MDADM, PCIe, NVMe, etc.)
Foundational understanding of data center networking (VLAN, etc.)
