Tasks

We are looking for a recent graduate with a strong passion for coding and a drive to work on groundbreaking projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our dynamic team to develop and improve our solutions around Qdrant Database. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in an engaging, tech-driven environment.

• Collaborating with our team to design, develop, and improve Python modules for the Qdrant project.

• Identifying and fixing bugs in the current system while ensuring code quality.

• Writing scalable and efficient code that adheres to established standards and practices.

• Assisting in optimizing the system for better performance and scalability.

• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

• Contributing to the development of system documentation and user guides.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and implement system requirements.

Requirements

• Important! Recent Degree (<2 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at a German University. It is a hard requirement!

• Demonstrable knowledge of Python programming language.

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Understanding of databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with Git.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
