WWT is looking for GoLang/Python Automation Engineer that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure for a major client platform, with a focus on using GitLab CI/CD and supporting and enhancing applications developed in Golang, as well as developing automation scripts using tools such as Python and Terraform. The ideal candidate will have experience with both Linux and Windows systems, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation

• Automate the deployment and scaling of applications using Ansible, Python, Golang, and other technologies (listed above)

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the infrastructure and applications

• Collaborate with development teams, release managers and product owners to ensure infrastructure is meeting their needs

• Optimize infrastructure for cost and performance

• Continuously improve the infrastructure and automation processes

• Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipeline for application deployment

• Share best practices with team members
