This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Fullstack Developer (Senior) - Python (Flask) + React in Latin America.

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to contribute to high-impact software projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, from designing and implementing new features to debugging, testing, and deploying scalable applications. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. *  **Accountabilities:**
* Collaborate with developers, product owners, managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement new product features.
* Operate independently while leveraging guidance from senior technology leaders.
* Manage projects through all development stages: from initial concept to coding, debugging, release, and iteration.
* Build scalable, maintainable, and enterprise-grade applications using modern fullstack frameworks.
* Maintain code quality, ensure supportability, and follow best practices in software engineering.
* Work collaboratively in an open and supportive environment, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth.
*  **Requirements:**
* Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role using open-source technologies.
* Strong proficiency in **Python (Flask/Django), SQLAlchemy** , and experience with **PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis**.
* Solid experience with **React** and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools including **Git, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, Vagrant, Fabric**.
* Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, testable code, and algorithms.
* Experience with SaaS products and comfort working in corporate or client-focused settings.
* B2B financial services or alternative asset management experience is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proactive mindset.
