About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to help us build and scale a robust B2B platform with CRM-like capabilities. You’ll work on both the frontend dashboard and backend services, including voice AI infrastructure using modern stacks like Next.js, FastAPI, and Kubernetes.

You will be responsible for developing scalable interfaces, managing APIs, integrating real-time voice systems, and maintaining clean, well-structured code across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and FastAPI
• Develop and integrate backend services, REST APIs, and third-party tools to support CRM and voice features
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate voice AI capabilities (e.g., using Pipecat or similar tools)
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Create clean, intuitive UIs for dashboards and reporting modules for B2B clients
• Write scalable and secure backend logic, especially around event-driven voice pipelines
• Own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment
• Manage MongoDB queries, indexing, and performance tuning
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps workflows
• Deploy and maintain applications on Azure/AWS/GCP

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

• Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: FastAPI/Django/Flask , Python
• Voice Infra: Pipecat, WebRTC, Whisper, or similar tools (bonus)
• Database: MongoDB
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes
• Version Control: Git + GitHub, Vercel

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience with Next.js + Tailwind CSS
• Proven backend experience with FastAPI or Django/Flask
• Proficient in MongoDB and REST API design
• Experience deploying on Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of scalable architecture and clean code principles
• Solid Git/GitHub collaboration practices

Bonus (Good to Have):

• Experience with Pipecat, voice AI, or speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems
• Experience with B2B dashboard design or CRM systems
• Familiarity with real-time systems, audio streaming, or telephony APIs
• Exposure to tools like Redis, Celery, or message queues
