Desktop App Developer

We need an English-fluent Desktop App Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?


  • Supports principal/lead engineers and product managers in developing a desktop application through multiple phases of the development lifecycle, and in developing other work products of moderate complexity.

  • Verifies work products meet detailed customer and user requirements and other design objectives.

  • Resolves issues quickly.

  • Develops and reviews integrated technical and programmatic documentation.

  • Develop user interface and supporting backend applications.

  • Participate in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

  • Create system design specifications and other technical documents as required.

  • Document software defects.

  • Configuration management of software modules and system documentation.


  • 2+ years of Desktop Application UI Development (Python, Java, C/C++,QT Creator).

  • 1+ years with web development tools including Django.

  • ETL experience.

  • React Library.

  • Web application user interface design and usability.

  • GIT software version control systems.

  • QML.

It's a plus: 

  • Experience with React/Redux.


  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • The type of contract is of Independent Contractor, through a payroll platform.

  • The developer will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
