What You'll bring:

We’re seeking team members who are passionate about creating world-class technology products, for this position we need an Engineer who leads back-end development projects to create scalable, secure, automated, and integrated solutions (using APIs, libraries, and reusable scripts) according to Launch Mobility's business needs.

You'll Need:

4-5 years of experience in programming or in a similar role

English Level: B2-C1 (Spoken and Written)

1. Intermediate -Advance level coding writing complex logic in Python 3 (3 years)

2. Flask, Fast or similar framework

2. Experience with SQL-PostgreSQL- MySQL

3. Experience with ORM- SQLalchemy

4. Experience building API/REST (2 years)

5. Agile methodologies Knowledge

Main Functions:

1. Build and maintain robust and scalable Python code using Flask Blueprints.

2. Integrate and develop REST-based APIs and microservices.

3. Help define and shape our backend architecture.

4. Implement strong, hands-on CI / CD testing.

5. Work closely with our operations team to identify and prioritize the most impactful product improvements.

Nice to have: Experience with Docker, CI/Cd Testing, NoSQL, building Microservices (Tipos), Scrum certificate. Efficiency in writing complex logic in Python.

Experience in AWS and serverless architecture

Agile software product development experience

Experience building highly scalable systems

Expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
