Artlogic - Junior Data Migration Specialist (FTE)

THE OPPORTUNITY

A good grasp of at least one programming language such as Python, Ruby, C++ or C#; •
Experience with relational databases
Experience with Flask.
A keen eye for detail not just as a maker but also from the end user's perspective
Problem solving ability with analytical and abstract reasoning skills
High degree of computer literacy, familiarity with Mac OSX and iOS and detailed knowledge of project management software such as Monday.com, Jira...
Experience and understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages.

Migrating client data from multiple different systems into Artlogic database
Developing and improving scripts, creating new script libraries to improve the migration procedure.
Working closely with the Client Liaison team to support and deliver the best migration solution.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously. whilst working in close collaboration with Project Managers
This role will sit within the Artlogic Data migration team, reporting to our Head of Data Migration

Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Migrate databases from systems that our clients are using and want to move to Artlogic
Help to oversee the migration process from the tech perspective, manage the feedback from the clients and interpreting the needs of their migration.
Help maintain the schedule, making sure commitments and deadlines are met by both Artlogic and the client.

Actively helping to improve the libraries, increasing efficiency and workflow to improve migrattion processes.
Reducing the average time required to migrate database into Artlogic.
Helping the team to complete projects on time.
Working with the Client Liaison to keep clients deadlines and briefs.
Helping roll out library updates with greater regularity
