The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly motivated AI Agent Developer who’s eager to take on real responsibility and build AI tools that have company-wide impact. In this role, you’ll be a critical contributor to projects that improve how we reach, support, and serve thousands of individuals across the US.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product leaders, and our operations teams to build intelligent systems that support everything from client onboarding and customer service to recruitment and marketing automation.
What you'll work on:
Design and deploy AI agents to streamline client sign-ups and session bookings
Build NLP tools to summarize transcripts and notes for clinical efficiency
Develop internal automation for recruitment, HR, and marketing workflows
Collaborate with engineering to deploy intelligent routing and response systems
Integrate LLMs and structured data into custom dashboards and analytics
Technical Skills:
Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or open-source)
Understanding of vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines
Familiarity with Streamlit, Flask, or FastAPI for building and deploying MVPs
Basic DevOps familiarity (Git, Docker, cloud platforms)
Machine Learning
Data analytics skills
Bonus: experience with tools like Airtable, Twilio, HubSpot, or other workflow integrations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Graduated Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI tools or automations must have a tool you have built that works
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Curious, resourceful, and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and non-technical teams
