Working Students/Interns for Python and TypeScript Development

Everest Systems is a startup company founded in 2020. Its focus is on developing business software for small and medium-sized companies. The company is financially backed by a well-known investor - its founders are very experienced software and product architects from the industry. The company is located in Palo Alto, USA and Heidelberg, Germany.

Currently, we are about 70 employees worldwide and we are hiring.

Tasks

• Development of software projects in Python or TypeScript.

• Development of Python or TypeScript tools.

• Design and implementation of modeling tools in Python Dash for complex data dependencies.

• Design and implementation of a demo application in TypeScript by using the Everest infrastructure (frontend and backend)

• Create test automation for complex data objects.

Requirements

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust.

• Studies of computer science or any relative field.

• Solid foundation in software technology, data structures and algorithms.

• Engagement and ability to work in a virtual team.

• Fluent in English or German.

• Optional: Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and business applications.
