Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & AWS)

NorthBay is looking for a Senior Full Stack - Python/Django Engineers responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

You will have the chance to join a global, multi-cultural team and participate in a large variety of exciting and challenging projects and work with our exceptional team of Technology professionals.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Python with strong knowledge of Django framework

• Strong understanding of databases like SQL, PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST API

• Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, etc is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Strong technical profile that brings solutions to the problems independently

• Willingness to learn, work and stay up to date with latest tools and technologies as per the need of the company

• Developing and implementing, and maintaining high volume web applications, developing secure web applications, and web services.

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

• Take part in code reviews and documentation reviews

• Contribute to analysis and design of new requirements and fault fixes

• Implementation of security and data protection

• Flexibility in using different technologies/ platforms

• Ability to shift gears quickly and cope with change
