Python Developer - SATCOM

Be part of an agile team that designs, develops and integrates SATCOM and connectivity systems within Honeywell Aerospace business. You will have opportunity to actively participate in creation of innovative connected aircraft solutions to enable better passenger experience as well as safe and efficient operations of the aircraft.
Your goals will be aiming to use state of art technologies and to find novel
ways to address business opportunities.

Tasks

• Participate in requirements development, design of tests for new products functionality

• Participate in software tools development and maintenance

• Investigate and fix test automation within existing products

• Develop code and test software written in various languages e.g. Python

• Create and modify Verification & Validation and Certification Documents

• Create, modify, and perform software test procedures, scripts, and reports for both informal and formal validation

• Provide technical status

Requirements

• University degree in field of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical,Automation Engineering or Computer Science

• 2 years working with Python, but we will also welcome less experienced candidates with desire to grow their knowledge of Python!

• Advanced command of English

• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle processes

• Flexibility, willingness to learn

• Knowledge of Robot framework
