Lead Infrastructure Engineer
About the Role: As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer on the expanding Infrastructure team at Grow, you’ll have a huge opportunity to help lead team direction in improving the security and reliability of Grow’s Infrastructure. What you'll do:Build out and further improve the reliability of Infrastructure at Grow from core systems to CI/CD.
Develop Grow’s security posture - partnering with our other engineering teams to keep our systems secure.
Maintain and Improve Grow’s compliance posture.
Lead A small team of infra engineers - providing tactical guidance and hands on leadership.
5+ years in infrastructure engineering roles. You’ve built and scaled systems, made complex engineering decisions, and have proved out your technical skills in industry.
Experience building cloud systems in AWS.
Experience as a team lead.
Security thinker. You want to build through a security centric lens and are constantly thinking of how to keep systems secure.
Entrepreneurial spirit. You have worked in a startup or on your own side projects and built products from the ground up.

Highly Motivated. You want ownership of your work.
Experience with Terraform and IaC
Experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
Python and Flask Experience
You own what you build. You will feel ownership of the code you write, articulate the importance of the feature, and follow up to ensure it's successful.
