Backend Python Developer
JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
LOCATION: Remote - Work from anywhere (TimeZone: MST | Partial overlap)
HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $70 – $100/hr
ESTIMATED DURATION: 20 hrs/wk - Short term

Skills and Qualifications
5 years of programming experience in Python, and comfort working in a Linux environment including automation.
Experience with cloud development APIs, tools, and services.
Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases.
Interest in blockchain / crypto / web3 technologies, but development experience in these areas is not required.
Job Description
Our client is looking for a contract-based backend Python developer. Your main focus will be the development of web service software that leverages AWS, REST APIs, full text search, mass-emailing, and queues/databases. They are a startup currently in stealth mode.
